This is them basically just running away with peoples money. I've seen cases of people spending hundreds or even thousands and having this happen to them, yet Epic still gives no real help or advice at all. I'ma ware this has been happening to a significant amount of people and its terrible. they should still help me or at the very least tell me why they did this. If so, it should be their duty to help me fix this situation if I have been hacked. Fortnite includes Battle Royale, the completely free 100-player PvP mode. I can't see this though as I can't see my account details or login history. Now worst case scenario my account was hacked and logged into by someone else. but I cant have any other concerns I litereally have no account to get into. Then saying if theres any other questions or concerns to tell them.

It could be that there was a bug in the update or something did not download correctly, something that is not uncommon in updates. If that does not help then I would try to remove the program and re-install it. They basically just replied repeating themselves and not giving me any help at all (even though they are supposed to be Epic Games support). I would reset the computer and log out and back in. I replied telling them I am the account owner and there is surely some waY to prove this, and I asked them waht I had to do to prove it. They then say no changes will be made at this time. They claim they 'cannot verify I am the account creator'. Responses that seemed automated or at the very least responses from and Employee who didn't care to actual help me. I reached out to Epic support but got no meaningful response. I looked up some guides suggesting to reset my credentials however I cant do that as I can't login anywhere, even on the website. However I just get told my account is inactive and may not login. I haven't done anything to break TOS, and i've never shared my login details. Epic Games will not let me login to my account.
